The story follows the Scaredy Cat through his journey which involves talking to different animals. Each animal helps him understand a different fragment of the illness and covers areas such as mindfulness, phobias and self-esteem. The advice given to the Scaredy Cat helps him to understand his situation and offers a practical solution to his condition. All the advice given is based on my own CBT therapy sessions, my own self-studies and my individual introspection.
